Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi,
So my Tamron 17-17 f2.8 lens is dying. Won't focus at many focal lengths. I focus at one length & then zoom in or out & try to focus again. Doesn't always work. I sent it to be repaired once (Boards guy in Wicklow) and may have worked. It's over 10 years old, best to replace it probably.
Main use: communions (local school), family pics (informal snaps) & if any weddings pop up.
Budget: under €400 ideally.
Any recommendation for 17-50 or 17-70 and any particular lens?
