Im looking at putting in a steel monorail with solid oak treads... round rot iron spindles. The stairs are a U shape with a return flight. Simillar to the image but obviously in a different space.

Has anyone recently priced or had something simillar fitted. What would you be thinking as a ballpark figure. Were in the process of pricing around and have been quotes 8,000.

Would love some input on this. TIA

If you got that steel spine stairs with the solid oak threads for 8k that is a fantastic price I've had double that and more for quotes recently, any recommendations for the 8k quote??
