What to do with a bowl of curry sauce

As per the title - looking for some ideas of what to do rather than curry chips or rice.

Looking for something quick and simple for lunch instead of my usual sandwiches.

Does it need to be portable? Cause a bit of curry in a toastie is tasty. Or just dip your toastie in it. Curry veg is a good way to hide vegetables. Mix it up with some chicken to stuff in your sandwich (still a sandwich but not your usual)

I never thought this would be a problem! Cook it with whatever protein and veg of your choice.

Lunch though?? Bring some naan breads, some chicken/beans/cucumbers, and use the curry (heated in microwave) as a dipping sauce.
