Trying to change wheels on Patio door

I have a double sliding patio door. I was able to change the wheels on the "female" side but on the male side (pic1). I can remove blocker at bottom (pic2) but I can't remove the anti-lift blocker at top of door (pic3), it just doesn't seem to budge with screws out. I must be doing something really stupid. Can anybody help…
