Who to complain to about trucks using weight limited roads

There's been a recent increase in the number of trucks using the road we live on, the road has a "no 3T" weight limit. Caught a fella yesterday morning on camera. Do the cops have an email address or a website upload for these kinds of things so the photos can be sent on?
