Depleting basic standards of a new build - drains

We bought and moved into a new house in 2018. Since moving in we've had a few niggly snags, but we've heard over and over from various professionals we've hired to fix these snags that the fall on our drains aren't good enough. I don't mind having to hose down drains twice a year but I've house shared over the years in houses over 80 years old and never had an issue with blocked drains.

I'm aware the estate hasn't been handed over to the council yet. Wondering if I have a case to chase the builders to fix this most basic of standards and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Question is, is it worth it?
