Father has an 08 vivaro 2.0 CDTI. One injector went as I common on them cause of water issue. Thing is the guy fitted a “new” reconditioned Bosch injector. Fine for a week and then problems occurred with the rest of them, not originally faulty. Apparently they fitter, not a mechanic but an engine repair lad didn’t have a scan tool so never cleared the codes after fitting the first one.

Would not clearing the codes in itself cause the others to misfire or could it be something else.

I said get to codes cleared before doing anything else attached codes below. Where taken after the refit.

You must replace all 4 injectors on them, replacing 1 is a waste of time as they all have the same issue

they also need coding once fitted (but not doing this wont cause your issue)

New injectors have to be coded into the ecu and dtc's cleared with the diag/snapon type tool did they complete this simple task. Bring the van to a competent senior mechanic that knows what they are doing and get a diagnosis for any remaining codes and rough estimation of work involved inc, labour and vat.

Just thought I give an update on my OP. The guy fitted the wrong injectors, as in wrong part from the shelf. 🙄
