    Hi,

I’m getting a new kitchen soon and doing most of the work myself. We have a gas hob which will need to come out and be put back in, obviously I’ll get RGI for the latter.

But for the removal, can I do it?

there is a valve on the pipe feeding the hob which I can close, and being summer I can turn off gas at mains too.

Then when ready call the RGI to reinstall.

    What do you think?
