Vision 260 light replacement

Have just had another suspected ballast failure on my vision 260. I think the third time this happened to me. Has anyone got a spare lighting unit I could buy or borrow until I get mine repaired again? Anyone upgraded to the led unit they come with now, any experience of it? Many thanks
