I want to remove a wall (50cm high) from the driveway to give a space for 2 cars parking outside the house. Majority of the neighbour’s done that already. The problem I have is that there is a road sign against the wall. Do I need a planning permission to remove the wall and who will move the road sign?

Yes, you need planning to alter the vehicular entrance.

not sure what you mean about the road sign, is it the street name?

Thank you for your reply. I emailed county council and they said I will need a planning permission, then for the sign removal I need to contact City Engineer.

    It’s a speed limit sign
