Looking at the Autopia website that you linked to, the directions state for the first product

    Directions To Use:

Dilute up to 1:5 with water.

Spray onto alloy wheel & allow up to 3 minutes contact time before rinsing with water.

For stubborn or ingrained soiling agitate surface with a soft brush before rinsing

So, I would suggest following those instructions and in your case add 100ml per litre to start with. Increase the concentration if required.

    For the second product

    Description

Hurrican Traffic Film Remover (TFR) is a highly concentrated, extra strength traffic film remover used on cars, trucks, buses, motorbikes, aircraft etc. This is also an excellent degreaser. Dilution rates between 5:1 and 100:1 depending on task.

Again, try the lower concentration first, increasing as required.

    Dave
