Quick question have family member that is on JSA, they got letter, about needing to sign off at intreo, but in the same letter it was like due to covid etc guidelines whatever please ignore the sign off date. So left them confused, As surely we e no anymore covid measures, has anyone who's collecting been to the monthly…
