Outbound Calls to Northern Ireland not connecting from West Limerick landline

Hello All, Just checking if anyone would know a reason why calls from a landline in West County Limerick are not connecting with Northern Ireland landlines. Called 4/5 landlines of relations and friends in the North but they will connect. All other outbound calls to Republic of Ireland landlines appear to be working fine.…

Hello All, Just checking if anyone would know a reason why calls from a landline in West County Limerick are not connecting with Northern Ireland landlines. Called 4/5 landlines of relations and friends in the North but they will connect. All other outbound calls to Republic of Ireland landlines appear to be working fine.
Package has not changed etc and was previously able to call these numbers without issue. My haunch is an exchange issue but really not sure.
