Need help fixing the shower head. Any suggestion for the novice?

Hello everyone, I have recently purchased a house and learning maintenance is not that easy.

Over here I just have a leak in the rubber and watching some of the internet video it seems that I myself might be able to fix this. The only issue is the top part seems to be fully attached and it looks like I might have to bring the new part ( sorry I don't know what it is called). Am I thinking it right? Or can it be open so that I can cut the piece of the rubber where leak is coming and put back into its place? Thanks for the suggestions :)

My advise is to replace the shower hose rather than try repair it. You'll buy a better quality hose for around €20

Agree with this. Avoid the cheapo ones as they restrict the water flow.

Thanks for the suggestions @blackbox @Sleeper12 . Will definitely pick a new one. Temporarily I was able to cut the leakage part and fix the issue. But I get your point. While I was putting things back I have broken the nut although it works now, I would definitely need a new one in some time.
