    Hi

I have some wine leaf blossoms with pink flowers.

There are lower down shoots with green leaves that are not flowering.

Question is Will these eventually flower. Also should I cut them off, I was thinking of trying to propagate them if they will flower

    Thanks

Pictures or your just pretending you cherry blossomed, you might not even have a cherry ;-)

Joking apart from what you have stated its hard to say. I wouldn't try and propagate from cuttings as most cherries are grafted onto a rootstock.

Wake me up when it's all over.

Sounds like suckers from the rootstock, which is different to the tree, remove them
