Question About Manager Of Tus Scheme Job

    Hi there,

    I'm on the Tus scheme at the moment whereby I've been placed in a business premises and working alongside the boss. Although the first couple of weeks were great I feel that I'm being needlessly bullied somewhat by the manager of the business over the last while. My anxiety has been through the roof over the last couple of weeks.

    I feel that the manager has the confidence to act this way towards me because of the 3 month probationary period. I feel exploited. I want to work there but is there anyone I could contact about this who would be sympathetic and can talk to the manager? Is my only option to contact the Tus placement manager?

    what are the chances of you actually getting the job fulltime?? could they be stringing you along then come the end of the 3 months say 'bye bye'

    what type of things is he doing to you...constant criticism ?
