    Powerstown Allotments is the sole COUNTY COUNCIL ALLOTMENT SITE in Dublin 15 where you can rent an affordable plot to GROW YOUR OWN VEGETABLES/FRUIT. Fingal County Council Blanchardstown rent the plots (for info ring 890-5000) . The Site also nurtures Wildlife, including Long Eared Owls, Buzzards (magnificent birds), Pheasants, Bees, Pine Martens, Foxes, Rabbits and Frogs (these are on the decline!). The Site stimulates positive mental health through working outdoors and allows Irish Residents (from all over the world) to share their ideas and suggestions on growing different vegetables etc. A place where children learn WHERE THEIR FOOD comes from. Please keep this Site Open! Thank you from The Powerstown Allotment Committee (voluntary plotholders who look after the site).
