I edit a company Newsletter circulate among our members. It is posted on the company website. An article for the April issue has a poem by Patrick Kavanagh. Do I need permission if it goes on the web?

Thanks for your attention to this.

This isn't the right forum; but you most likely also needed permission to print it in the newsletter either - a full poem would not be fair dealing (the equivalent of fair use).

Patrick Kavanagh remains in copyright until 2037 and the Patrick Kavanagh Trust control the works since his wife died.
