    I must say this looks very good on paper 66Kwh battery, 22kw AC & 150kw DC charging. The interior looks very Mercedes premium. On sale end of the year rumoured £32k starting price. Goes up against the ID3/Kona

    As of now there’s no Smart dealerships in ROI. There’s one in Belfast but that’s not going to work. Order book opens in September. We might get it here down the line annoying when it’s available in RHD straight away.

    I reached out toMercedes Distributors Ltd Ireland and was told we do not wholesale / retail the SMART brand in Ireland.

    MG was NI only for a while and some middlemen dealers in ROI arranged purchase and support. Servicing may need to happen in NI and grant may cause a problem for new models.


    I would have suggested ring electric autos but they are closing down. Try similar EV specialists and they can try source or ask NI dealer to partner with a garage in ROI.
