HAP Contribution

Single person living in Cork County recently in receipt of HAP. Contribution to council is €85pw and to LL is €250pm, salary is €27k. Is there a sliding scale for contribution based on salary, or is it simply based on the fact that they are working?

Thanks, but 'yes' which. 1. There is a sliding scale or 2. It's one rate if you're working?
