NCT rules around tinted lights

How are tinted lighted assessed in NCT? Will above be NCT compliant, the red light is clearly visible when turned on, the lights are smoked there's no additional tint film put on

Are there red reflectors? They are a requirement.

Is that your own car in the photos or are you just considering getting it done? If its already on your car just put it through the NCT and hope for the best, its a free visual re test if it fails
