Hi, just moved into a new house with a few others. Internet is awful even though we have 500mb virgin cable Virgin website says we are pulling 4 Tb a month! Nobody will own up to it, what to do?

Depending upon your routers capabilities, you could look into applying QoS to limit each device connection to an equal share.
A decent router would also show who's generating the traffic too though.
