Nest learning thermostat - wire installation

    Hi Folks,

I am looking to install a Nest learning thermostat in my house and looking to see if someone here could guide me on their experience / wiring the installation.

It’s a new build (2020) and the house setup has a 3 Zone Central Heating Programmer (hot water, downstairs, upstairs) with two EPH Controls, a CM2 Room Thermostat, one controlling downstairs and one controlling upstairs. I’m considering swapping both CM2 Room Thermostats at the same time instead of just one now and one later on.

My question is, has anyone here swapped a CM2 Room Thermostat (or similar) for a Nest thermostat and provide some guidance please. Will it work/is it only 1 or two wires i need to worry about?

    CM2 Stat - https://www.ephcontrols.co.uk/section/room-thermostat/

3 zone programmer - https://www.ephcontrols.com/section/3-zone-programmer-2/ (Don’t think this makes any difference as not changing this but including for completeness)

    Thanks
