    Hi,

I was wondering if people familiar with Broadleaf apartment block in Limerick can tell what is the area like safety wise and if it's a good place to live.

    I would appreciate your input.

Broad St/John St. has always had a slightly seedy, neglected air but is no more unsafe than many other parts of central Limerick. I can't comment on the standard of Broadleaf apartments. It is a gated complex with a management company in place so should be pretty secure at least. The large red brick complex fronting on to Broad Street is either a homeless shelter or accomodation for refugees.
