Cat 5e, Cat 5or Cat 6 cable

Hi,
Have some ethernet cable running across garden that someone laid down a few years ago, that I never ended up using and I was wondering is it Cat 5, Cat5e or Cat 6? I think the plastic thing in the middle is indicating it is Cat 6 but would appreciate any advice how I can figure this out for certain
