Hello everyone, hope ye are keeping well. Whilst throwing junk away, I found a honda C70 lying about, no engine but rolling frame there. Bought it for a couple of hundred from the yard owner. There is no redge number nor is there a logbook. There is although a Vin number that’s clear as day. what could I do to obtain a…

Hello everyone, hope ye are keeping well.

what could I do to obtain a redge number at the very least, and how do I go to obtain a log book and complete ownership.
