    okay so i have a mercedes cls220 2017 and on the drivers door there are two parts to the window, one that doesnt open near the wing mirror has cracked and a piece fallen out it looks like dark perspex but im not 100% sure.

    I have searched online but all im getting it replacement windows, i asked in the local motor factors but the fella didnt seem interested in helping and said mercedes would be the best option. so does anyone know where i can source it or get it replaced ? would it be a windscreen company or online etc

    ideally i would like to avoid mercedes or use them as a last resort.

    Contact a windscreen replacement company, they'll be able to order in the glass.

    Windscreen cover on most insurance policies covers all glass so it could be free if you have Windscreen cover.
