Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My Tenant does not maintain the garden even though it’s in the lease So as this is the case I asked him to provide me a time and date so I can do it myself as a one off . The tenant is not keen on inspections either one was done 2 weeks ago and the one previous one was last October which brought up a lot of problems mould…

Am I invading the tenants privacy by doing it myself as they don’t like inspections etc
Any help and advice on this one
