Dublin Airport - unidentified aircraft (ground vehicle maybe?)

Does anyone know what this might be at Dublin airport? I can't be sure if this is the cause but it tends to correspond with a very loud (deep/throbbing) noise around 11pm-1am at night (some nights) across Swords. There could be other things going on, but I noticed this and thought it was strange. Not a plane I guess but maybe a DAA vehicle doing some work? Can't be cutting the grass at 11pm :) ? I guess the other thing causing the noise could be planes sitting with their engines facing my direction.

Not a clue but my guess is a vacuum sweeper. And them things are loud like you describe.
