    Hello all,

Does anyone have any advice on how I would go about keeping an existing broadband connection and porting the number away to a new provider? Both of course have the same uan

Ideally want to avoid having to get another bb connection in place before the port.

    Thanks in advance

Well you'd have to get your new provider to accept your uan and not put it out as a new line install. Then all that should happen is a modem arrives in the post and you plug it in yourself.

    Thanks for the reply.

I just want to move the number, I don't want an new bb connection.

Easiest way may be to order a bb only connection and port when that's in place.

Phone number going to a VOIP provider
