Hi all, my elderly mothers Doro 6030 has a headset connected icon displayed but there’s none plugged into it. any tips on turning this off ? I’ve tried a few things (plugging / unplugging a Jack in… restarting etc… ) but no luck. or am I better off getting her a replacement thanks
