Ryanair flights cancelled. Is change of airport an option?

Daughter just informed Shannon to Girona flights cancelled. Change or Refund offered. No options until May. It will not allow a Dublin to Girona choice when going via change flights option. Queue for Chat is massive Is this standard or is she missing something? Thanks
