    Hi all,


    I am keen to start seaswimming, mainly for stress-relief and also as I love swimming.


    I've never swam in cold water before, only in heated pools, etc.


    Which beach/swimming spot would you recommend for a beginner?


    Also, can any seasoned swimmers give me some practical tips?
