Portugal Via Belfast - EU Digital Cert

    Hi,

My wife is flying Belfast to Portugal in a few weeks. She is an Irish national with an Irish passport. She also has a valid EU Digital Covid Certificate (recovered from Covid within the last 6 months). She is just wondering if anyone has made the trip recently and required to do a test prior to the flight?

The guidelines on the UK foreign office website states that travelers coming from the UK can enter without a test if they have the "UK COVID Pass" (which would be the equivalent to the EU version that she has).

Any info would be greatly appreciated ...thanks !

We just travelled from BFS to Tenerife last week. 2 adults had eu vaccination cert and 14 yr old son travelled on an eu recovery cert absolutely no problems at all. Hope that helps.
