Calculator Issue

On the Casio fx-83gt X when I divide 1/200 the nswer shows as 1/200. When I push s-d to toggle to decimal I get 5x10^-3. How do I just get the decimal answer? Thanks.

Is your calculator in scientific notation mode? I don't have a Casio, but my Sharp has an indication on the top of the screen, 3 tiny letters sci to indicate it's in Scientific notation mode. You can probably change to normal mode by pressing the Mode button and selecting the relevant option.
