Need an accountant to file CT1

I have a failed startup we are winding down. We already have a company to help with the strike off process but we have a couple of prep things to do in advance.

There is a late liability on the last CT1 due to revenue counted because we got the priming grant. However, the outgoings since then were more than the liability and there was never any revenue (other than the priming grant which is taxable) so we are hoping we can write off the cost of the outgoings off the liability.

Not sure how all that works or if its even possible hence why I am reaching out for recommendations for an accountant that will charge a reasonable rate, if someone can recommend someone that would be great. Someone mentioned that because the filing is circa 1 month late, there is restrictions so we might not be able to write off costs or possibly reduce what we can sign off.

We also need to file this years CT1, not sure if that means we also have to file financials because accounts are not due until July so from what the strike off company said, as long as we file the CT1 and get the strikeoff done by the deadline, we wouldn't have to file accounts this year but we would need to file CT1.

Also looking for someone for some advice on my personal tax but first focus is above due to the deadline. If you are available or have recommendation then feel free to DM or share. I am based near Sligo but happy to work with someone remotely.
