AIO Cooler - to paste or not to paste

Starting my new build soon, just waiting to order the AIO. What the general consensus on the AIO pre-applied Thermal Paste? Would you clean it off and use something like Grizzly or just leave as is. CPU is an i5-12600K and cooler will be an Lian-Li Galahad SL 240

Any AIO I've fit I've always used the pre applied paste on it. I've only ever cleaned them off as part of yearly maintenance etc.
