Lower grill installation Passat B6

Hi, I have to install a lower grill into a Passat 2008. See picture of the other side. The original grill fell out so I don’t need to worry about removing it. I’m just curious about installing a new one. Is it a straight forward clip into place process. There seems to be one screw also.
Thanks for any tips, just want to make site I put it on properly,
