OSB vs Plywood for flooring

I need to replace badly damaged chipboards on the entire floor with new boards. Stud walls have been removed and the floor joists are spaced about 40cm apart.

I am considering to use 18mm T&G SmartPly OSB or 18mm Brazilian/Malaysian plywood (unable to source T&G plywood), and D4 adhesive and Spax screws.

My main objective is to make the floor as solid as possible and avoid any squeaking. Should I use OSB or Plywood?

If I used T&G sheets with the dimensions of 2.4m x 0.6m, would I need noggins on all edges; i.e. every 0.6m?

Yes you could use 100 x 32 noggins at the edge of every sheet of 2.4 x. 0.6.

Cut the noggins to fight tightly between the joists and screw them in place.

Screw the flooring in place with 60 mm screws. Do not use a nails.

I'd go OSB(3) and as above, screw fix.

You could consider an acoustic roll fitted to top of joists, under OSB to, reduce impact sound/reduce risk of squeaks.

I was looking at these acoustic impact strips https://www.goodwins.ie/products/Acoustic-Impact-Strip-5mm-X-50mm-X-20m.html, but cannot decide if this would be a better solution than glueing the boards down to joists. I am assuming that it doesn't make sense to do both.

Does not really make sense to do both (screw and glue) with acoustic strips, but the acoustic strips should also help reduce the risk of boards coming loose (and squeaking).
