Since this morning, every time I log onto Boards, I have to enter my cookie preferences. Then again when I go to look at a thread, and then AGAIN when I go to the next page on a thread. Or scroll back to the previous page. It’s so annoying. It’s happening on my tablet and on my phone. What’s happening , how do I get rid of this new “feature “?? Is it just me or is everyone experiencing this??

@steinbock123 sorry about that, we are looking into this issue. Can you let me know what OS and browser you are using and if you are accessing the site from Ireland, elsewhere or via a VPN please? Thanks.

I am in Ireland, but I’m not very computer literate, so I’m afraid I don’t know what an OS is. All I can tell you is that I have Vodafone broadband in the house. Sorry about that, but there were no computers when I left school 😀

No worries steinbock! OS means the Operating System, e.g. Android or iOS (iPhone, iPads)

Are you using a Windows or Mac computer or an Android phone or iPhone to go on to boards?

If you know the browser, that would help too - Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc.

Happening to me too, iPad mini 6 runing the latest iPadOS using safari. If I "Accept all" cookies it doesn't request again, only if I change the preferences one-by-one

I have an iPad and an iPhone, it happens on both. I think it’s chrome, but not sure. I’m a computer ignoramus.
