Cavity Wall pumping and Attic Insulation - Price guidance

I am looking to get the cavity walls pumped on my 1800ft2 bungalow which was built in the late 90's. Also looking to get the attic insulated at the same time with rolled foam up to a good level. What's in the attic now is only the minimum at best. Got solar in last year and based on the research and pricing I did I know the prices to put it politely varied wildly. I am trying to avoid being ripped off so I am looking for some guidance as to what as to the ballpark I should be looking at for both jobs. Thanks in advance.

I've bought 150mm of pir insulation boards, they've the rating of 300mm mineral wool.

Paid 1500e including delivery for 42m2 and fitted myself, opted for this as it doesn't bring the floor higher and you can walk/jump on it no issues, solid as a rock.

Mineral wool, would be way cheaper and way easier to lay it yourself.
