Calories in 227g cooked striploin steak

Im trying to determine how many calories are in a 227g striploin steak. The very nice ones you see in Aldi. The pack says 450 raw but doesnt that include the fatty rind that most people dont eat? Ill wont be anyway. Ill also cook in the pan with 1 cal spray
