advice please on upgrading to newer dell optiplex pc

    hi guys my current pc is a dell optiplex 980 which is about 12 yrs old now at this stage,am looking to upgrade to a optiplex that is maybe 2-3 yrs old.not looking to buy new just a good spec of optiplexwith good processor motherboard ram etc

    can any of you pc lads point me to a very good spec of optiplex that has bang for buck,will not be playing games at all.be used for for 4k streaming with tbs sat pci card for free channels and also encrypted channels in 4k etc.
