Help - boiler cutting out unexpectedly

I've had an issue with my boiler, where it will come on and seem to work okay for about 5 minutes. Then it will cut off and light steam will start to rise from the top of the boiler for about 10 minutes and sometimes oil will spit out but not out of the flute.. its from another pipe to the side of the flute, it'll make a noise when this process is happening and then when the noise cuts out the smoke will stop..

I've tried bleeding the boiler and that did allow it to work ok for a week or so but now it's not working at all.

Can anyone suggest a fix. Thanks.
