Tesco Mobile Billing

    Hi all. Today I got a bill from Tesco is the problem...

    Each person in my family has a 30 euro a month contract. Fine, all paid up for over 10 years.

    Today we get a bill in the post, same address, to say that we owe Tesco Mobile almost 700 euro for a contract we did not sign up for.

    Talked to customer service, talked to her supervisor, like talking to a brick wall. They say we took the contract so we have to pay it back.

    We have been with them for over 10 years. They will not listen. We did not order seperate contract.

    First we knew of it was a letter from debt collectors today.

    Feeling very deflated :(
