    I smashed the glass on the oven door (inside) So I called the parts company They told me where the data plate should be and described a serial number that should begin with 5 'E' s with 4 digits following. I found the data plate exactly where it was described. However no such number. I saw : SN :9200015 PN:16071100A37041

    Model:BJ609MFSS

    but no number as described. Could it be a combination or abbreviation of any of the above?

    It's a Chinese import so no parts available for the foreseeable future. Just my luck! Trying at the moment to get the glass cut to size but not sure how this will go
