Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

What batteries work best in Mp3 players - Rechargeable or regular batteries?

I have been using a rechargable battery in my Mp3 player.

When I fully charge the battery and use it in the player, it works ok, but if I don't use the player for a day or two, the battery will always be flat again, even with very little use.

What battery type do you recommend works best in Mp3 players?

    Thank you.

The issue you describe sounds typical of a rechargeable battery that's worn out. This happens with all rechargeable batteries eventually, they don't last forever.

Another possible explanation is that the player is on standby when you turn if off rather than truly turned off. So they power slowly trickles away.
