Faac 750 replacement jack

Hi all, the small apt block I'm in has old Faac 750 CBAC hydraulic gates. One of the actuators is stiff and loses fluid over a few months until it stops opening. I could top it up (is there anywhere in Dublin that sells the fluid?) or hopefully replace just that actuator. So far the only quotes I have is "replace…

So far the only quotes I have is "replace everything with a 770" but we don't quite have 8 grand going spare!
I have found Faac 750 jacks online for about £500 (hopefully from somewhere reputable) . Is that the right approach if I can get someone to fit it?
