Priority on the road?

    On a narrow road, with an inward kink on one side, and the other side straight, does the driver on the straight side have priority - or is this a 'whoever gets there first' situation? IMHO it's the 'bent' side of the road that narrows, so the driver on that side should give way. Advice please?

    yeah, same as overtaking a parked car or any other obstacle - if you have to leave your side of the road, then you have to yield to oncoming traffic unless there's a sign saying otherwise.

    Is there a line down the middle of road you would have to cross over?

    How big is the kink, is this an actual road or just in theory
