Adding acetone to adhesive sealants

    Does anyone do this?

I tried mixing a little acetone with Gripbond Pro and it seems to dissolve very well

My idea is to use the mixture as a paint or primer over an area of flat roof that I am bodging but I imagine that I might find other uses in the future.

Can you buy paint that would have adhesive sealant as its main constituent?

(Actually I already mix acetone with polyester resin to make an in house wood hardener but that is another story)
